Is this the same as an AI chatbot?

No. A chatbot answers questions if a student knows what to ask. FitCheck doesn’t wait to be asked. It walks a student through what actually matters for that programme, and only brings in the chat when they have something specific on their mind. If you already have a chatbot, the two work well side by side.

Does it replace my CRM?

No. FitCheck sits before it. Your CRM still does what it does. FitCheck just makes sure what reaches it is a better-informed, better-qualified conversation.

Our programme information isn’t perfect. Is that a problem?

No, and you’re not alone. FitCheck only uses programme-level information, not your whole site. It flags where pages disagree so your team can fix the source, and you choose which version students see in the meantime. Most start with the programmes they’re most confident in.

What does a pilot look like?

A pilot runs for 6 or 12 months, covering the part of the recruitment cycle you want to test. We agree the programmes and success measures upfront, whether that’s conversion, fewer mismatched applications or insight into where interest comes from. Either way, you finish with data you can use.

What effort does my team need to put in to manage FitChecks across our catalogue?
